Artists Looking at Art: Gary Schott

Thursday, April 18, 6:30 pm, Blackburn Patio and Frost Octagon

Metalsmith, jeweler, and teacher Gary Schott creates utilitarian objects and playful adornments that often make reference to popular culture. Subjects of food, toys, and tools all appear in Schott’s work, which blurs the line between function and ornamentation.

Join us for a talk with the artist.  Wine reception begins at 6:00 pm.
